Our Internet Marketing Consultants are experienced in all aspects of online marketing and specifically trained on HubSpot's products and methodologies. Consulting is sold in 4-hour blocks for $500 each.
Consulting sessions focus on the following topics based on the specific needs of the client. (The times indicated refer to the consulting session. Additional "homework" will be required to realize full value from the advice of our consultants.)
- Keyword Analysis
Using the Keyword Grader and Suggest Keywords modules in HubSpot, our consultants will help you generate and analyze a large set of keyword phrases to find those best suited to your business with the maximum potential positive impact for Internet marketing. This 30-minute exercise is a critical first step before undertaking more advanced topics in HubSpot.
- Get Found by More Prospects Part I (On-Page SEO)
There are 2 sides to the SEO coin - on-page SEO and off-page SEO. During this consulting session you will learn how to place your target keywords on your website pages to give yourself the best chance of ranking well in search engines. At the end of this 1-hour session you will have the tools to "optimize" every page on your site. - Get Found by More Prospects Part II (Off-Page SEO)
Using the Link Grader and Keyword Grader applications within HubSpot, you will learn to optimize your existing links, analyze competitor links, and structure internal links on your website to rank well for target keywords in search engines. This session is approximatley 1 hour. - Convert More Prospects into Leads
Once you're generating traffic to your webiste you should focus on converting the highest percentage of those prospects into sales leads. Our consultants will work with you to write killer calls to action and leverage best practices to increase your conversion rate. Once calls to action are established, you'll learn to measure your conversion rate by traffic source and conversion technique so you can optimize the middle of your funnel. This is a 1 hour session. - Convert More Leads into Customers
Sales leads are nice, but paying customers are the end goal of Internet marketing. Learn to leverage HubSpot lead intelligence to convert more leads into customers. (30 minutes.) - Launch a Business Blog to Drive Traffic and Leads
Launch a blog with the HubSpot blogging engine to generate traffic and sales leads. Enjoy advnaced blogging features, integration with social media sites, RSS, and multi-author support. Enjoy integration with Keyword tools, Analytics, and lead conversion/lead intelligence tools. (1 hour.) - Create SEO-Optimized Interior Pages
The HubSpot platofrm allows you to create SEO-Optimized pages for target keywords quickly and easily with no IT resources. You can integrate these pages into your existing site to draw traffic for target keywords. Enjoy integration benefits with Keyword tools, Analytics, and lead conversion.lead intelligence tools. (1 hour.) - Create Custom Landing Pages for PPC and Email Marketing
Convert a higher percentage of traffic from paid search and email marketing campaigns by generating custom landing pages for each campaign. (30 minutes.) - Analyze and Optimize
Learn to use HubSpot Analytics to understand traffic patterns to your site. How many new and repeat visitors are you getting? Where do they come from? How are your traffic sources changing over time? What does your long-tail keyword profile look like? What search terms generate the most traffic? What search terms generate the most qualified seach traffic? Learn to use HubSpot analytics to understand and optimize your Inbound marketing activities. (1 hour.)
